Frozen Vanilla Yogurt & Fresh Pineapple

I "peeled" my first pineapple today. Sister Sher has been telling me how much better fresh pineapple is than canned and she is so right! Not that I haven't had fresh ever before, did last week in fact. I don't know why I thought it would be so difficult to core and cut; it even comes with printed directions. Stirred into frozen vanilla yogurt makes a great dessert.
