Sister Sher is making an offer on this house -

She and Melanie (her daughter) have done their research, looked all over PC, FL, and this one beckons to her and by far is the favorite all around. Melanie, who's a real estate agent, is working for her, and they offered, he has counter-offered, back and forth a time or two and he will let her know tomorrow. They're almost in agreement but now she has to try to sleep, waiting for an answer! I hope it works out for her... because the guest room is wonderful!!
