Things Happen
I've accepted that Pleasant Hill Cemetery tradition is to have their stones "backward" on peoples' graves, or at least turned the opposite from what I told the monument company, and turned the opposite from the ones in our local cemetery (99% of them anyway). I have decided to leave Mama's marker just like it is so that looking east down the slope from the church - a person could read all the information on the same sides of all the markers - their names, dates of birth, death and any inscriptions that might be on them.
