Doctor Appointments
I'm really thankful for good health insurance. I would much rather have what I have than something the government can prescribe. There's so much debate, it's difficult to keep up with all the differing opinions and possible scenarios. As for me, I like my insurance coverage. Not that I enjoy using it. But it's great to have when I need it.
I had a letter for what I thought was a CT appointment to follow-up with the nodule on my lung. Today I had a call from that doctor's office that that letter was for the appointment with him. The CT scan is the week before. PT, CT. And this week - tomorrow - in order to have my annual prescription for the medicine I take for heart rythym, Paul is driving me to Southaven, where Dr. Szatkowski is now located. These are not drastically serious health matters, but things I just must keep tabs on. So, yes, I'm very thankful for my insurance.
Would national health insurance deny anyone based on pre-existing conditions?? I just want to keep what I have!
