Cross-Training
While Michael is learning my job, I'll be working in another department, begining tomorrow. This month he will "fly solo," but I'll be available for answering questions. Matthew will move my computer to his department tomorrow, and Michael's to my office. I didn't ask about a phone, but will tomorrow. Should be a very interesting month.
