New Year's Eve

It was busier in some offices than others today at work. The customer traffic coming by the window was a constant stream. I've found that at this time of month, most of those pay in cash and many don't have their account numbers. It can get hectic, but we made it.

When I got home, Paul said we'd go to Olive Garden in Jonesboro to eat. It was closed, so we ate at Chili's - chicken fajitas for two, and the "shot" dessert - fudge brownie. More than a shot would have been way too much it was so rich. I couldn't even eat all the fudge part - Paul ate a spoonful.

We checked out movie times at the theater and drove on home. Oscar was glad to see us and especially glad to have a good brushing. I've begun the olive oil in the food treatment again for his itchy skin. He has turned his nose up some, so I've alternated just Crisco vegetable oil. He's fast asleep now. It's not near midnight and I soon will be in slumberland, too.

Again, Happy New Year to everyone!
