If it does ever stop, and it will, because God said He would not destroy the earth by water again, the fall leaves should be absolutely gorgeous! I keep remembering at inconvenient times that I have to trim Mama's philo and bring it in before frost.
Last night I watched "House." Seems like it just keeps getting better. He isn't quite so grouchy, and the stories have some neat "aha" moments, or subtle ironies. That's about the only TV show I stop for; on Fridays I have a hard time remembering "Monk" and "Psych."
There is no "at home" football game (Starkville) this Saturday. I asked Paul what he was going to do; he didn't know. But there are four more I think - Auburn, Arkansas, Ole Miss, and I can't remember the other one. MS State has not done well this year. I dreamed last night I went to a ballgame and was sitting in the bleachers clapping! I always enjoyed going, but I just can't make a whole day of riding/sitting/riding. Paul is always so tired so I can imagine what it would do to me!
As for me (us) - we have to get back in Sunday School and church. With one thing and another, Paul being gone, me being gone, we have just not been here or have exhausted ourselves. That's no excuse - we make time for everything else. I'm really missing it. But I was in SS and church this past weekend with Bren, and I always enjoy being there. (I'm working on pictures from this trip and hope to have that posted sometime this week.)
Amy's been very busy lately and looking forward to a quiet day off tomorrow. Sher is off this week and going to a B&B for one night during this time, in Destin. I guess people who live in Panama City even go elsewhere along the coast for getaways!
