The Last Game

Tara and her dad are going to the last Razorback game (vs Auburn) this season on Saturday, and staying with family friends in Fayetteville. Teri, you would be happy, maybe a little surprised, overjoyed, thankful that father and daughter are drawn close to each other. Things we don't know till later in life: how much other family members can communicate without us being the "interpretors;" how much we don't have to "fix," how much more we could have relaxed, how much more we could have had fun. You, dear one, had the fun part down pat! As mothers, we all tend to do the other three - fix, relate, interpret and then essentially stress over all of it!

I hope it's a beautiful day. I know your spirit of love will be with them. And I hope those Razorbacks win! Woo Pig Sooie!
